Yesterday we went on a day trip to Colonia in Uruguay, a three-hour boat trip across the River Plate. Quite a change from the bustle of Buenos Aires, and very relaxing—except for a stressful moment when we didn’t have money for the departure tax and I had to run back from the boat terminal into town to withdraw 100 UR$ (about 3 EUR).
Yesterday we went to three exhibitions and a museum. We also saw Palermo (hihi) and the cemetery in Recoleta.
Today we’ll try to go to Uruguay for the day…

We’ve seen at least 3 rallies every day. They’re so small they almost dissapear in this huge city. But, as we had to experience sitting in a sidewalk café, they can still be very noisy.
The second day in Buenos Aires—we’ve walked an enormous lot, it’s not very hot but Johan is struggling with the heat as always.

Noen av dere vet om at jeg har en liten forkjærlighet for rare brussorter. Derfor var det nesten som å komme til himmelen å komme til Molde: her har de en lokal mineralvannfabrikk som produserer Ananasbrus og Pærebrus!
